Product Statements

REACH Statement

REACH is a new European community regulation on chemicals and their safe use. It deals with the Regulation, Evaluation, and Authorization of Chemical substances.

Residuals Solvents Statement

The components of our natural propellants (propane, isobutane, and normal butane) are listed on the Generally Recognized As Safe (GRAS) list, Part 184, Sub-Part B, Sec. 184.1165 and 184.1655 (Code of Federal Regulations) and do not contain any solvents listed on the USP 467 (Residual Solvents List).

Shelf Life Statement

The liquefied gases and hydrofluorocarbons provided by Aeropres in pressure vessels and cylinders have an indefinite shelf life.

Chemical Inventory Lists Statement

In accordance with the Chemical Inventory List Compliance, all ingredients in the composition of Aeropres products are listed for the following jurisdictions:

U.S-Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA)

Canada-Domestic Substances List (DSL)

European Directive- European Chemical Substances Information System (EINECS)

Australian Inventory of Chemical Substances (AICS)

Kosher Statement

Aeropres natural propellants are liquefied gases. At no point in its manufacture or distribution is this product exposed to animal matter. This gas is not handled by hand and is kept under a closed system. It is Aeropres' opinion that these products would not violate any food laws.
